Plate/Set-Up Charges: The plate/set-up charge varies by product, see individual product pages. This charge covers the cost of the plate, design, and/or production depending on product. Exact repeat set-up charges may also apply (see individual items).
Re-Orders: Many of our products do not include exact re-order fees (up to 3 years). Some exclusions apply - see individual product page for details.
Shipping: Prices do not include shipping costs. We will ship best way unless specified otherwise.
Submitting Art: email art to: firstname.lastname@example.org or upload to: http://www.uploadservice.com/animalsink/For logos, we prefer vector graphics (.eps, .ai, .pdf file extensions) but raster based images are accepted if high resolution (.jpg, .png, .tif, .gif). For photographs and other artwork, high resolution files are preferred (300 dpi). *Client must own all rights or receive approval from photographer or artist)
Art Release: AnimalsINK is not an advertising agency or design firm and we do not charge high priced design fees. We charge for the product, not the artwork. We do not release any high resolution artwork that we design. This includes usage for other distributors or printers. All artwork will be saved and can be re-used for future orders in-house. (Acceptions can apply for websites, van wraps and store signs. A one-time usage release fee will apply - call for details.)
Proofs: Proofs will be emailed prior to production. (Paper proofs will be mailed upon request). Note, colors are approximate and can vary from one monitor to another.
Custom Art: We may require prepayment or a deposit on orders involving customized artwork (editing photos, logo clean up, etc)
Art Revisions: *Price includes initial proof and one revision. There will be a $10 fee for each additional proof/revision, unless our error. (*excludes brochures)

Errors: No financial liability is assumed for errors once proof has been approved.
Overruns: Some orders are subject to a 5% overrun and will be shipped and billed accordingly.
